Enable Buttons and product variations on product page in catalog mode

I am developing a catalog website whitch schould allow the costumers to request products.
Well when I am activating the Catalog-Mode in Theme settings the Button “add to cart” and all product variations dissapears, whitch is understandable. All I want is in fact to add an addditional button on product page(in catalog mode) whitch says “request this product” then a pop up form shows up and customers can fill it. Also I want to make the color swatch and size variations on catalog mode available, for the customers to pick while requesting products.
Is there a posibility to implement this without coding or can you give me some advice on some relevant plugins or theme solutions?

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available to achieve what you required.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
Unfortunately we could not suggest you with any plugin because we haven’t tested our theme with such a plugin yet.
