Enable cross sell products in the data source dropdown

Hi, I need to enable the cross sell products also in the product details page. Currently I can access only related products, featured, upsell products only. How can I enable the cross sell products in the product (grid or carousel) data source dropdown?

Related Products is a section on some templates that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.

These products cannot be specified in the admin but can be influenced by grouping similar products in the same category or by using the same tags.

To manually control related products on the product page, WooCommerce does not provide a built-in option. You need to find a third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.

However, just to clarify — my question isn’t about related products. I’m specifically referring to cross-sell products, and the request is to display them on the product details page, not in the cart.

Currently, cross-sell products only appear on the cart page by default. My requirement is to enable and display cross-sell products on the product detail page as well.

In the available data source options, I can select from related products, featured products, or upsell products, but not cross-sell products.

Could you please guide me on how to enable or inject cross-sell products as a selectable option in the data source dropdown for the product detail page?

Unfortunately, there is no such option for both questions by default in our theme. You can only select Cross-sell and Upsell products via Product Options https://woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/
