Enable sticky column not working

I’m trying to create a new part for a cart from layouts. I want one column to be sticky so that it moves down when there are many added products so that I don’t make the customer scroll. I set it but it doesn’t work. At the same time, it works on another page without a problem in the page section?

Please help?
