"enable swatch" does not appear in product attributes

in product attributes, the option “enable swatch” does not appear in my installation.
Please enter my website with the credentials that are in private content.
How do I activate this option?

I saw the screenshot you attached. This option is displayed when you edit each attribute item from Products >> Attributes >> Configure items.
I have visited your website and the option is displayed. Please clear the cache and check back.

You’re right but let me explain my problem better:
1) If I understand, if one of the items has the option “Enable swatch” active then, automatically, all items of that attribute are converted in a list instead of a dropdown. Right?
2) So, to have a dropdown again, I just need to disable the “Enable swatch” option on all items, right?
3) But I have already reviewed all the items of my color attribute and none of them has the option “Enable swatch” active. However, on the product page, appears a list with the colors instead of the dropdown.
Where am I failing?

Hello,
If you want to display the attribute swatches instead of dropdowns then you need to have the option enabled for all the attribute items.
And if you want it back to the product attribute drop-down then you need to disable the option from all the attribute items.
