Enabling DOMDocument

Hi, I just bought another woodmart theme and got this error can you please help? Please, contact the host support and ask them to enable DOMDocument.

The thing is that the parameter comes from the server – https://prnt.sc/_Vo0xD0EIgUK our theme cannot influent it, you need to contact your server support and ask them to enable that parameter.
