Where do I remove this pop up?
I need to remove this and trigger a different one, maybe 15 sec later after landing on the website.

I found it.

I just have a small additional issue. How can I remove that white padding all around the popup?
I removed the background and made it transparent but it still appears.
I’ve built the popup with an HTML Block

Navigate to the Theme Settings > General > Promo popup and clear the background-color and check the issue.

Done. This is what it looks like when i remove the background – there’s still a white border around. Would you mind taking a look yourself?

Your issue has been resolved. I have added the following color code rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); in the popup background area. Please check back your site and check the issue.
