    Hello, while updating, I received the ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) Error that you see in the title. I thought it would be useful to deactivate the license and re-enter it to fix this error. However, when I try to reactivate the license after deactivating it, The purchase code is invalid. I get an error. can you please help?
