    In a fresh new wordpress installation I have woodmart theme installed, made almost all my changes and all runned smoothly untill last week.

    I cannot get in dashboard page(that has “/wp-admin”), browser throws 302 and it looping again ang again untill “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS” showed up.

    My SSL is installed correctly and in my settings WP_SITEURL, and WP_HOME have both “https”

    I tried:

    • disable all plugins and tried to log in again–> wp-admin,works
    • if just one plugin was enabled, irrelevant with woodmart, eg:”akismet”–> wp-admin works
    • when I enable just another plugin relavant with woodmart or not —> then wp-admin broke due to many redirects
    • deactivate woodmart, activate twenty-twentyone –> wp-admin works

    Please contact the host support let them check the reason, perhaps the theme was incorrectly installed. Did you install them on the fresh WordPress or on an existing site?

    It’s a shame to ask me if it was installed in a fresh wordpress…

    And the thing is, that I have two websites with woodmart theme installed.

    I’m trying to find out why it is doing it ONLY with your theme, but I could not find any reason.

    I say that, it’s theme related issue and not server (I’m managing the server)
    I’ve 50-60 more sites, on wordpress, and two with your “woodmart” theme. ALL my other sites work fine. These two of mine are not!

    I also said that when I disable your theme, then everything works as it has to…

    Please reset all and provide the access to the frsh WordPress site, advise what builder your prefer, do you want to upload the base demo? Please insert the credentials into the Private content below the message bloc, I will check the site parameters, perhaps the problem is casued by parameters or incorrect installation.

    Hello,

    Please give me the staging platform with fresh WordPress, advise the builder you use, I will install the theme and then you export-import the content to this staging site, if everything is ok, you will move to the live site, in this case, you would not lose anything.

    1. go to /wp-admin/ link, and try to paste credentials (tried 3-4 times) but i couldn’t log in
    2. reset password from the link on the bottom of login form
    3. set the same password and tried to log in
    4. it throw me the same error “too many redirects

    oh, come on…it’s theme related this issue. as soon as the theme is installed the wp-admin does not work

    I’m sorry to hear that

    Please try to connect behind specific(ideally static IP) and before that try tell me your IP address so I can put it on firewall whitelist
    (I’m assuming that in the meantime the IP address will remain the same!)

    just to clarify this… i didn’t saw on my firewall any blocked IPs (for ftp access). I just thought that might be one of reasons
    all security tools are there for a reason. If I disable it, what if it takes days to resolve the issue??? what if in meantime my server gets attacks from all over the world or whatever, what then ? But guys, all this chit chat costs me time and money ! I tell you it is template related issue but you don’t listen to me.

    Last but not least, ISPs renew their dynamic IPs with an interval of a week or 5 days at least. If there is no disconnections(or power offs) on your modem/router or if there is no other network issues, IP address will be the same.

    If your developers send me a message just before they try to connect via FTP, I will respond in 10 minutes max, and give a try to whitelist their IP
    If not tell them to firstly connect to a VPN, ideally from somewhere around Europe, and then try again…

    settings are simple default for FTP access , port is 21 and use plain encryption (it’s ftp of course not sFTP! )

    Try to increase the max_input_vars parameter on your server to 10000. We have temporarily fixed this issue on your side but it might occur somewhere else. Please, contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.

    I’m struggling to understand what exactly did you fix on my side.
    I do see all plugins disabled…ok
    I did that 2 weeks ago and I told you that on my very first message!

    We have disabled our Theme Settings search. It requires a huge array of data to be loaded. And it looks like this functionality is limited on your server that is why we wrote you to increase the max_input_vars parameter.
