ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS or

I am getting this error when i try to enter in admin area or edit a page.
Latest update of woodmart, woocommerce and plugins.
Also downloaded in my localhost and get the same error:
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS or the page has encountered a critical error check your admin email.
The host provider tells me that my home page is 16mb

The error appear after some time . Can you see why my homepage is 16mb because thats the problem my host told me. Please take a look and help me to reduce page size

Yes, your home page is loaded very slow but our theme loads only ~400KB of all the resources. There is some problem with your hosting server since static images are loaded too slow. And you need to optimize your website first since your home page should be 2-3 MB. we moved website to a vps server and we have a problem with footer links . Please see the image .the footer links are on left top beside slider and on every page top left.
and all content has moved to the right
