Erro ao instalar o tema / Error installing theme

Após atualização do tema meu site saiu do ar:

Estou com alguma problema com a ativação do plugin woocommerce. quando eu desativo o plugin a parte institucional do site aparece. Mas quando eu ativo o site sai do ar

Eu testei com o tema TwentyTwenty e ativei o plugin. Mas acontece o mesmo erro. assim que ativamos o woocommerce ele sai do ar
