error 500

Good morning,

Every other day I get a 500 error on personalized single product layout, impossible to access:

What did I do ?
I deactivated all the plugins and kept:
Elementor
Elementor Pro
Woodmart Core
Woocommerce
Safe Svg

I cleared the Wp Rocket caches and changed the theme

wp-config to true; spring deprecated code on some elements and a poorly handled get_header() function

What’s strange is that I have no anomaly in the front end, everything is clean, it’s just in the back (dashboard);

I know the reasons for error 500, what I wonder is why they act on one of your elements it would have been wp rocket I would have contacted wp rocket. The theme is good, but there is not a week without a bug.
