Error 500 when I am trying to edit a page using visual composer

Hi,

Here’s the step I did to have this error:

1. Install theme using the wordpress theme import tool.
2. Install all required and recommanded plugins.
3. Try to edit a page.

Then I got a 500 page error.

I tried to set up the max_memory_limit to 512MB as recommended on an other post. But it didn’t make it.

What should I do?

PS. I already tried to install it 3 times…

Thank you so much purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

500 error code says about some internal server error. Could you please ask your server providers why it doesn’t work and what this error is caused by? We understand that it happens with our theme only but it may be caused by a lot of reasons like memory limit, PHP errors, additional plugins incompatibility, PHP version and so on. Please, contact your hosting providers for help and back to us when you will have some details about this error.
