Error 500 while saving

    Hi, I’m trying to save my edits on the page editor but it keeps throwing error 500. Will you please help me in resolving that. I’ve reached to elementor support, but they said everything is fine from their plugin.

    Hi, Here is the screenshot. And if i check the page editor, the page looks fine. But in the frontend, some section looks messed up. If needed, I can share the login access too.

    Hello, sorry for the delay in response. We had tried all the steps mentioned in the link you gave me. It resolved the 500 error but after that we got many other issues like website layout got collapsed, then images went broken etc., we fixed that with the help of the hosting provider. Today we got another issue, if i try to upload a image to the media library, it is not getting uploaded. But if i check the file manager in cpanel, the image is saved there. Also, none of the images are visible in the wordpress media library. Another issue is, when i open the posts in wordpress admin dashboard, it gives me the error that “There has been a critical error on this website”. So again we reached to the hosting provider. and they shared us the error log and said there was a problem with database which is related to the theme. I’m attaching the error log and screenshots below. Please help us to resolve this.

    Hello,

    Okay, understood. Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site. Also, send me access to the admin panel.

    I’ve changed the php max input vars to 10000, still it is not working.
    The second screenshot you attached is not working. Will you please let me know what you want to update?

    Hello,

    After disabling all 3rd party plugins, uploading an image for the category started to work well, here is a video: https://dropmefiles.com.ua/en/Ev9X2S

    Please disable all plugins except these ones:

    Elementor or WPBackary
    Woodmart Core
    WooCommerce
    Enable the Parent theme

    Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Thank you Luke. We already did all these things when we coordinated with the server team. We disabled all the plugins, then activated it one by one and tested for the issue. We didn’t got any error while doing that even after activating all the plugins. So we thought the problem is resolved. But the next day, again we started to get the same issue. We need a solid solution for this. Server team is defending themselves and telling us that the problem is with the theme, so our end client is asking us to change the theme. But we are using your woodmart theme on multiple sites and we don’t want to change this. That’s why we are asking for a solid solution. So that we can compromise our client. Hope you understand our situation.
