Error 500. Woodmart 6.1.3

Hello,
Yesterday i had upgrade wordpress in 5.8 and all my plugins.
After this was Ok on my site.

This morning, my site is in eror 500 so
I had an automatic mail à 6h38 to say that my site is out.

I rename my directory for the theme woodmart and use Twenty Twenty-One theme
All my site is Ok with this theme !

So i desactivate all my plugins and activate woodmart
My site is in error 500 !!!!

So i made a backup.( i had an order )
I use a backup from 25 07 2021 to restore my site.

Please help me

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

The site must work and i cannot disable all plugin.

Client cannot use shipping method and can’t made order so i must do a restore from yesterday.

In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

So i had restore in a sub domain the site.
i had rename the theme directory in: woodmart down

Without this, you have an Error 500 – Internal server error

I had rename the directory name normaly so now you have the error…

The directory /XTEMOSTEST/wp-content/themes/woodmart

Sorry, but we don’t quite understand what have you done. When we tested your website our theme was active and worked correctly. Also, we are not able to connect to your server with the FTP access you provided to check the logs.

I checked the connexion in SFTP and everything is Ok.
When you have check, you just activate woodmart but the name directory where
/wp-content/themes/woodmart down

I had just rename the directory with the good name: /wp-content/themes/woodmart
After that the website is in error 500 ….

500 Internal Error is a generic error and says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. We don’t see any error log files on your server. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question. I understand your answer, but only rename the directory of woodmart and all is ok !
I cannot migrate version from 6.1.4 without this error !
I had test without any plugins and only woodmart theme and the site crash in error 500.
So i think this error come from woodmart theme not from other thing from the server.
Please help me

Yes, you are right. The error happens when the theme is active. But without error logs, it is not possible to understand and fix the problem.

This file is empty and doesn’t contain any errors. Please, consult with your hosting provider for help on this matter.

By the way, try to upload our theme files downloaded from ThemeForest. Maybe there are some missed or corrupted files.

However, I can’t get the logs.
Despite a long time with the support of IONOS.

I modified the root php.ini and propagated for all php.ini on the site.

But during my tests i reset the php.ini with only this 4 lines for the logs and i haven’t got the error 500 !

I am coming back to you because I have finally found the cause of the error ….
Your theme is incompatible with PHP 7.4.
In PHP7.3 I have a super stable site and I was able to upgrade to the latest version of woodmart 6.1.4.

We have 7.4 PHP installed on our server and our theme works without any issues. There are no many differences between 7.3 and 7.4 versions to make our theme incompatible. Could you please send us an exact error that you get with PHP 7.4?

I don’t have any exact error.
But just with the theme and without any other pugin the site where in error 500.
After the changement PHP 7.4 => PHP 7.3 the theme is Ok and so i start all others plugins
