ERROR 503

I m trying to update my home page through elementor, for almost 5 hours. all i m getting is ERROR 503 MESSAGE. I tried to deactivate my plugins, but still its not worrking. please check this issue.

Please try re creating the homepage and try to make changes to it.

If the problem still continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

yesterday I changed the theme from woodmart to another one and then the issue got solved and i re-activated the woodmart theme. it all worked well, but today, the issue resurfaced again.

If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

i tried what you told, but its still not working. yesterday i deactivated the elementor plugin and found it was working. today again its the same result, with 503 error.

earlier i changed the theme to another one, then it worked but later got back to the same result.

i ll re-send you the admin details. kindly check this issue for me please.

500 Internal Error is a generic error and says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question. Yes, we have tested this already. Your server generates the 503 error and we don’t know its reason. You need to check your server error logs or contact your hosting provider for help.

this issue started a few days back. that time i changed the theme and it worked, later it didnt

then i i deactivated the elementor and then re-activated . that time too it worked . now that too is nt working.

Yes, it might be some PHP error or bug somewhere in the code. But anyway, it is not possible to investigate without error logs or server support help.

this is error log i found in the error log. i m not familiar with these stuff. can you please tell me what is it?

also the PHP Warning: Version warning: …….. , is showing throughout the file.

Have you talked to your hosting provider? 503 error is generated by the server and we can’t say exactly if it is caused by this error or not. And these errors are related to WooCommerce and not to our theme.
