Error 503 Backend fetch failed

Hello,
We have updated our website using your theme and we have a problem with a known Woocommerce plugin called PDF Voucher. This plugin allows us to create gift vouchers and we used it on our previous versions of our website.
On WoodMart we have a problem, it generates unique codes for the gift vouchers but when it comes to creating the PDF and downloading it, we get a 503 error:

We have also discovered in the WoodMart statuses that our PHP Time Limit is 165. We are currently on OVH and it does not seem possible to easily modify this parameter.
How can we solve this 503 error problem?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
