ERROR

Hello, my themes has error…. when i activitate the themes, i go to header builder and try to upload my logo and after uploading a logo of 53kb and i click on save the logo won’t save, the pop up keeps rotating and saying “loading, please wait” its says that like forever. please i need an urgent attention over this as soon as possible.

This issue may be connected to the PHP max input vars limit parameter in your web server configuration. You can check the current value for this parameter in your Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> System status.

Usually, this parameter is not allowed to be changed on shared hostings so you will need to contact your server providers and ask to increase this limit. Recommended value for this is 5000.

If PHP max input is ok, however, you still have the problem, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch to the parent theme, if you use the child and provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Hello,

I have logged into your website and the php max input vars value is still 1000. Please ask your hosting providers to increase the value to minimum 5000 or above.

Then clear cache and check back.
