Error acceso cuenta cliente

Hola,

Tenemos un problema con el acceso a la cuenta de clientes. No inicia sesión. Una vez que añades la cuenta, la contraseña y pulsas “Iniciar sesión” no hace nada. Es un bucle en el que intentas acceder a tu perfil sin éxito. ¿Cuál puede ser el problema?
