Error activating Basel theme

Hi!
I´ve upload Basel theme vía ftp in mi wordpress site, but when i´m going to activate serve resolve:
“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/www/inmossmadrid.com/wp-content/themes/basel/inc/functions.php on line 1108”
I´ve re-install a clean wordpress and return me this error newly.
Could someone help me?

It seems that your server has an outdated version of PHP installed. Contact your hosting providers and ask to update it to version 5.6+.
