Error after fresh install

I fresh install latest WordPress and theme with Cosmetics prebuild website and I get an error (in screenshot).
How to fix this?

Change PHP 8.3 to 8.2 and the problem was fixed! Please fix the problem on your side with version 8.3

Please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

The problem now not actual because I made a lot of work on the site and PHP 8.2 works well.
