Error al instalar ejemplo

Buenos dias

He instalado una demo verión y no habia hecho copia de seguridad en el servidor.
Como puedo volver a tener mi pagina como antes?
Me ha cambido paginas, colores base, pies de pagina…

So sorry you have not made any backups. Uploading demo rewrites all the settings. You can only set the default header that you had before.

Please contact your host support and ask them, you see, most of the hosts make automatic backups of the sites, perhaps they would help you.
