Error buttom link

    Hi, When we add a new page with a buttom, and add link to the to the buttom. The buttom only hav an ”#” added to the URL and the same windows are opening. It is the same when the customer will registry a account, they only come back to the same page when they click the registrate buttom. This has been like this, probably for some days now. Please help.

    Hello,

    1) Please try recreating the button then clear the cache and check back. If the problem continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website with the permission to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    2) And for the My Account please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    Because the Login/Register is WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

    Hi, I did deactivate the 3rd part plugins. Still the buttom link does not work. I did create a staging copy where you can login

    When will you fix this with a new update? We can’t wait more since we are not able to update the site until this is fixed.

    Hello,

    I am sorry I do not have the exact timeframe for the new update of the Theme, but our development department is working on the new Theme update and soon you will find the new update so please be patient till the new Theme update.

    Hi, are there any fix we can do to temporary solve the Issue? If we dont produce new campaign banners and put them up on the site we will loose a lot of sales. For us it does not work if you do an update that break our site, and we have no date when it is fixed.

    Please come back with how we can solve it temporarily on our site.

    Sorry but we don’t have a temporary fix that could do the job for you because our development team is working on the permanent fix for the issue as we could not rely on the temporary fix.

    The latest update will be released this week.
