Error establishing database a connection

    Good day,
    I have built a website on my local server using XAMPP.
    I have uploaded it to the server using Duplicator and installed it.

    I now intermittently receive the error. “Error establishing database a connection”.
    If I refresh the page after receiving the error, I often opens up the correct page.

    Can you assist me with error please.

    This Error is not related to our theme. This is related to WordPress and databases.
