Try to enable wp debug mode in the wp-config.php file to see the error.
i see this : Fatal error: Call to undefined function woodmart_needs_header() in /home/excelva/public_html/wp-content/themes/woodmart/header.php on line 17
It says that some functions are missed and it is possible only if you haven’t uploaded all theme files. Try to reinstall our theme from scratch and be sure that all files were uploaded correctly.
