Error importing basic content: Import AJAX problem.

when importing basic content i get this error:
“Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually.”
I can’t find instructions on how to import content manually.
May you please help?

I havce disabled all the plugins not required by woodmart theme.
Could you please check the FTP access you sent? We don’t see any folder that contains WordPress installation there.
I have changed the default ftp directory to the one where the website is hosted.
Please try to access ftp again.
We see that default WordPress import doesn’t work as well. It seems to be a problem with your server configuration. Contact your hosting provider and ask to install PHP-DOM extension for the PHP module on your server.
I have installed php-xml to get dom enabled and it works.
I have imported dummy content.
