Error importing template “Bikes”

I am trying to import the “Bikes” template, but the import never completes correctly. The homepage fails, displaying only 4 products. My PHP configuration is correct, and I have tested other templates that imported successfully.
Please, I purchased the theme specifically for the Bikes template. I need a solution. Thank you.

Please try to deactivate the third-party plugins and import the demo again.
Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already, it will conflict with your existing posts, and most of the content will not be imported correctly.
If the issue remains, try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and import the demo again.
If the issue still remains, share the WP login details so I can further check on your site and import the demo on your site.

It’s still failing. It imports the other templates without issues, but not the Bikes one.
I’m providing temporary access with full permissions so you can try to fix it. The PHP version is 8.4, and I’ve increased all the time and load limits.

Thank you for providing the login details.
I tried accessing the temporary URL, but it only displays the “428 Technical Domain” warning page, and I’m unable to proceed to the WordPress login page.

Could you please verify that the temporary URL is correct, or provide the actual website URL along with the WordPress admin login URL?

The image you sent shows the “Continue” button I mentioned in the message containing the access link. Simply clicking it will take you to the website. It is a default message because it is a temporary domain.

The issue was caused by one of the demo products. It was not imported correctly and was displaying a blankpage when opened, which prevented the homepage content from being generated properly during the import.
After fixing that product and re-running the import, the Bikes demo was imported successfully and is now working as expected.
