error in admin after activate language

Hi, i have basic import theme successfully
i install qtranslate install greek language and activate
and when i choose for the default language greek from general setting
i have the error above and can not access to admin panel
i try 2 times the installation but the same

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
