Error in the category display

In the product archive, a “placeholder” is displayed in front of a category. But this only affects one category.
How do I get this removed?

Thanks for details.

It seems caused by the cache.

You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
