error in the newsletter form

Good morning, we are having an error with the registration form for the newsletter, it is the only thing on the first page that we have left as it came with the demo.
We have tried several emails and the notice that the email is not correct jumps.
Do you have any idea if it is due to some configuration or code?

You need to connect it through the API key with your Mailchimp account. Then clear cache and check back.
