error in the simple product

    We are designing the product visuals and we are encountering errors

    The first issue is that we want to design 2 columns using flexbox, but we end up with 4 columns. We’re sending screenshot 1 y 2.

    Then the footer remains here alone with a white bottom margin, we sent screenshot 3

    Hello,

    01. The Flexbox Container in Elementor works based on a parent–child structure:

    – The main container defines the layout direction
    – Child containers sit inside it and follow that direction
    – Each child container then controls how its own inner widgets are arranged

    You can refer to the official guide for reference and create a flexbox layout:

    02. Regarding the white bottom margin after the footer, I have checked your site and have not seen white space after the footer.

    Thank you for your response

    I’m sharing that the error is in step 1. If you access the website I provided, you’ll see that I’ve done everything correctly, but Flexbox isn’t working. I’ve sent two screenshots that verify what I’m saying. Please go in and see the error for yourselves. I’ve purchased many themes from Woodmart and I know how to use it very well.

    I’m sending screenshots so you can see the problem. In one, the flexbox looks fine, but it doesn’t work in production. I’m also sending the product URL. https://weichaiprueba.com/producto/aubergine/

    Regarding point 2, I corrected it by adding the site to the catalog; otherwise, the problem is that it leaves the area assigned for the fixed cart bar blank. You’ll see that problem exists too, but I solved it by disabling purchase mode.

    I created an access point for you, please verify point 1 and check that the flex box is not working correctly

    Hello,

    You can fix it by applying patch# 720155. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch, and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.
