error in theme update

) I chose the last code and when updating, on site and it give-me an error 500 and bofore the theme disappeared at apparence , I did a backup and restore it. now the theme is visible and active . but some functions in the theme did not go well.
I can not activate the footer, in the theme I have active the footer settings theme but in front of the site are not visible the Footer Widgets. attachment one print

2)on the products page the image that i had selected for the background does not appear at fron end but in the theme settings it is active

1. As we can see, you have the latest version of the theme and it is up to date.

2. Could you please disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme? Seems to be some cache issue on your website or on the server.

You will be able to update the plugin to the latest version after our next theme release. We hope to push the update tonight. After theme update, you need to go to Appearance -> Install plugins and update WPBakery page builder.

And please, disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme to check the background issue.

As we can see, those images are removed from your uploads folder on your server completely. You need to go through all these WPBakery images and reupload your images.
