Error installing plugin as “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”

I have been trying to install plugin that came along with theme including woodmart core, however getting error that I am not allowed to access the page, I have been installing it with admin access, kindly advise, Thank you

Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

The issue is related to some third-party plugins because after deactivating all unnecessary plugins the theme related plugins installed fine.
