When i disable those plugin, this condition seem less or none.
But in fact i need these plugin. So i try more test if activate all plugin. I found that when display “error loading block” this condition that moment, the server Physical Memory Usage and I/O Usage are full.

yes right, but in fact i need these plugin. when i reflash the website on dashboard at home page, the server Physical Memory Usage and I/O Usage are full.
It looks like these plugins needs more memory than your server has. You need to either try using other plugins or contact your hosting provider for help.
I am make sure this is litespeed make this block issue now….
