Error loading demo version.

When i try to set up almost of the many versions of the dummy content, they die before 30% or last, then when i reload the website, he dont finish to load and stay blank… I need a support please.

Then make sure that all the required plugins are installed and activated.

Ibeen tested with others demo versions, and some many versions works, but with most of them doesnt

i wanna add too that ibeen follow the instructions of the video..

I watched the video you added. This is not an issue as you mentioned in the video. All of the demo layouts use the base elements that are imported and when you click the demo layout import then it depends on the connection speed that it loads the demo layout quickly.

You need to Regenerate CSS from WoodMart >> CSS Generator after setting the demo layout.

If it still loads blank then provide admin panel login details to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

You didn’t provide us your log files access. Please, send us an instruction about how we can read them and where. But anyway, we see two potential reasons for this problem.

1. Something wrong with your hosting server. It doesn’t work correctly and really slow. Maybe there are not enough resources for the WordPress website. We suggest you to try some other hosts like Bluehost or WP Engine.

2. Something wrong with your SSL certificate. You have installed SSL plugin but didn’t setup HTTPS URL in WordPress -> Settings -> General. We have disabled this plugin and now your website is not working at all for us. You don’t need to use this plugin. Just be sure that you have set correct url that starts with https:// in Settings -> General. Maybe you have some redirects on your server that may cause such problems as well. Clarify this question with your hosting provider too.

Clearly it doesn’t make sense what you tell me, firstly because I just installed another version of the theme and it already works perfectly, I mean I don’t understand what hosting or SSL has to do with it. Secondly, I’m the server administrator myself, for So, this domain is our client number 73, and none of the others have any problem with their site (WordPress among them). I hope you can understand me and help me solve this, otherwise, I would not be serving this package that you I have bought. Precisely to speed up the process for this website. Aparently the problem is in the theme package…

It may be some issue with some of the element. But when we imported “Base light” your home page is not opening at all. We are not able to understand what is wrong while we don’t see any errors.

i really like it your theme.. i dont wanna ask a refund.. is there any way to you guys can view this issue to fix? or at least put me that “BROWSE CATEGORIES” into the menu where the demo works?

i was looking for that into the Woodmart section, and aparently there is some issue with the header builder… When i try to add or put the “BROWSE CATEGORIES” into the menu, or activate the menu type, the site stop working.. If these info works for you, so you can see if there’s any solution for that..

As we said, we are not able to understand the problem while you don’t provide us your error logs. It is just not possible to fix the error if you don’t see the logs.
