OcadidoParticipantGood morning,
I have a problem / error when loading the products in the product grid.
Whatever the pagination type, I only load the same first X products. If I select to load 24 products, it always loads the same products and not the following ones.
I have deactivated all the plugins and only activated what is necessary for the template to work and the same thing happens.
Thank you in advance for your help.
All the best.August 7, 2023 at 2:23 pm #487056

OcadidoParticipantI’ve reduced the number of visible products to 6, so you can see that it always loads the same 6.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
It is not the error of loading products. You have selected the product per page 150 from theme settings. That’s why you were getting that behavior. Now i have selected the product per page 24 count and the products pagination working fine.
Go to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Product grid > Product Pagination > Choose a type for the pagination on your shop page.
Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache.
Best Regards.

OcadidoParticipantHello, have you deactivated any plugin? I can’t connect to WordPress admin.
From what I see, it actually loads 24 products but always the same 24. Please take a good look at which products it loads, the error occurs with any quantity of product selected. If they want to try with less products they will be able to see that it always loads the same products.August 8, 2023 at 1:29 pm #487320
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You have selected the infinite scrolling from the theme settings.
When a user visits a shop page on your website, a certain number of products are loaded and displayed on the page, along with an interface to indicate that more Products are available below.
As the user scrolls down the page and approaches the end of the currently displayed products.Go to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Product grid > Product Pagination > Choose another type for the pagination.
Best Regards.

OcadidoParticipantI think they still don’t understand.
Thanks for explaining how infinite scroll works, but I think I’m capable of understanding it.
I explain again for the umpteenth time:
Regardless of the paging mode, the web loads THE SAME PRODUCTS, if I have it configured to load 24 products, it will always load the first 24 products and not the next 24, always the first 24. And that please look at the products that are loaded and you will see that they are always the same, it goes into a loop.Do you have support in a language other than English?
It’s just that I don’t know if I’m explaining myself wrong or they’re not paying attention to what I’m trying to explain.August 8, 2023 at 3:36 pm #487377
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry for the misunderstanding!
Could you please check how the product pagination works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Best Regards.

OcadidoParticipantGood morning, after testing it with Storefront. I see that the page does not work correctly either, it always loads only the first page.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You have checked the Product pagination with the default theme the issue still persists. It means that it is not our theme issue. Please contact the WooCommerce support in this regard they will guide you better.
Best Regards.

OcadidoParticipantGood morning, after contacting WooCommerce support, they tell me the following, after consulting the list of WooCommerce errors logs:
Thank you for sharing the video & logs!
Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function woodmart_get_old_classes() in /home/customer/www/ocadido.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/woodmart/woocommerce/content-product-cat.php:80
According to your site report, your theme is overriding most if not all WooCommerce templates, moreover, the error above indicates a product with the theme’s product-cat template (cat for category).
Therefore, it might be better to contact Woodmart directly about this. :)

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You have checked with the default storefront theme and the issue still remains; it means it is not our theme issue. Please activate the storefront theme and contact woocommerce to tell them that this issue also exists with the storefront theme.
I await your response.
Best Regards.
