ERROR MESSAGE TO REINSTALL THEME

I am trying to reinstall the woodmart theme (for domain name “itsmystyle.gr”) but I get the following message:
Unable to install package. No valid add-ons found.

I have bought your theme 3 times for 3 different sites. On the 3rd site I made a copy of the second one (because I wanted to keep the same configuration) and entered the License key of the 3rd theme I bought. What can I do because it does not work properly.
What should I do to use the 3rd theme I bought

Also any change I make to the theme is not saved and takes me to the page “all settings” and then the site crashes.

For example, I go to change social profiles and when I click save, the problem I told you about occurs.
