error on adding to card

when adding a product with variation to cart I am getting this error:
Please choose product options by visiting Pink Electric Powder Cannon 32″ Celebration Popper.
Please choose product options by visiting Pink Electric Powder Cannon 32″ Celebration Popper.
Please choose product options by visiting Green Electric Powder Cannon 32″ Celebration Popper.

on some products I dont see this error and on some I do. also sometimes when I go to the cart after adding item the cart is empty.

I already did the patch but it’s not helping.
