themeforestParticipantHi there,
I need to solve this urgently.
Basically, as soon as elementor pro is activated, there is this error preventing the gravity form to send.
Below is what we have test so far (and didn’t solve the issue)
1. Matching Elementor and its pro version to 3.23.2 (Elementor was 3.23.3)
2. Using standard gravity form shortcode instead of elementor pro’s gravity form widgetAs soon as Elemntor Pro is deactivated, the gravity form works with no error but we need a pro.
So it may be elementor pro related issue but I’m seeking your opinion on this.Thank you.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.
If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
Best Regards

themeforestParticipantPlease delete or make this post private as soon as possible.
We realized it is exposed in public…. With all the login credentials.
It’s very disappointing to know that your support system creates a ticket as a non-private post by default…
We have changed the password.August 9, 2024 at 2:56 am #589137
themeforestParticipantI deleted your admin access.

themeforestParticipantI have never encountered any theme support (paid support) that discloses details of the customer support ticket to the public without consent.

Additionally, requesting administration login details is extremely troubling. I hope you understand the seriousness of this matter.
As I said, the URL of this post is exposed to the public. Please do something about it immediately. If not, please delete this ticket on your end.
