After placing and order and visiting the ‘My Orders’ page, the customer is presented with an error message, between Order Total and Billing & Shipping Address. I have included the full error message below.
Following on from my last message, there is also a similar error presenting in the ‘Order Complete’ email that is sent to the customer. Please see full details below.
This is the Woocommerce functionality and it does not relate to our theme.
Please make sure you have updated the Woocommerce and the Woocommerce database.
It if does not help, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
