Error on product page related to Slider Revolution

    Hi, my name is Ricardo, from Spain. I have bought woodmart theme a few days ago, but I have a problem related to slider revolution and the product page.

    Yesterday the product page was working fine, but when I decided to change/customize the slider of our website, I have got a strange behaviour on the product page. Slider Revolution displayed an Ajax Error when I was editing it…Ok, I closed it, but that changes affected our product page appearance…

    Then, strange fields appeared on the product page and the tabs that used to appear at the bottom, now appear in a strange way (see attached image).

    I already deactivated the plugins not related to the theme, I already changed from child to original woodmart theme, but the error persists.I already changed the theme to a WordPress default
    Wordpress theme (storefront). On the storefront product page, there’s no error on the product page (NO STRANGE FIELDS AND TABS ARE BEEN DISPLAYED).

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. This testing may take up to 15 minutes. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Please provide the page with the problem.

    I already solved the problem…But thanks anyway.

    Let me tell you a constructive feedback: You as a well-known brand and a very popular theme on the WordPress platform, you should have a fastest ticket system. I realized only 2 members of your staff are answering the questions created by your clients…

    24 – 48 hours to answer a question is too much in my humble opinion.
