Error on site, saving both settings and pages issue

    Issue 1: I have one issue, when trying to update a page on both backend and frontend of WPBakery – it does not save and is showing irregular behaviour.

    Issue 2: On another case, when trying to save settings it is redirecting to another pages.

    Hello,

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    There are a few plugins that are not related to the theme active. Please, disable them temporarily.

    Okay, I am nervous about disabling word fence as we found a virus recently.

    Feel free to disable it if you need to.

    You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase max_input_vars parameter to 10000 to fix this issue.

    This value is not enough, unfortunately. Maybe you added something to settings and now its size exceeds this value. Anyway, it needs to be increased at least to 5000.

    Unfortunately not.

    In this case, our theme will not work on your server. 10000 is a required value and it is mentioned in the System status page in WoodMart -> Tools -> Status.

    I’ve had to restore from backup as the site was looking destroyed.
