Error “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)”

    Hello,

    I am having an issue updating the WoodMart theme. When I try to update it, I get the following error:

    PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I have checked your forum and found suggestions to deactivate the theme and then update it again. However, this solution does not work in my case. When I deactivate the theme, it stops working, and I am still unable to complete the update.

    Could you please help me resolve this issue?

    Hello,

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.
