Error Register

Hello,

I have a very big problem. I am preparing an e-commerce website. On my site, when I enter an email address in the register section and click the sign-up button, it gives an error. I see the same error when I click “forgot password,” or when I try to create a new user from the WordPress admin panel, and also when editing users. I need your help.

On my computer, I have Woodmart with WooCommerce and Elementor. My home page has a video in Spanish, and so far, everything is perfect. However, in the English, German, and French translations, there is a title on the home page that I don’t know how to remove. In addition, on mobile devices, that title disappears (always on the home page) and the video is displayed without the gray overlay I put on it. How can I fix these two issues?

To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you please provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) and FTP info (server, username, password, port) to Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.
