Error revolution slider

    Revolution Slider does not save the edited changes. We have created a new one and it does not keep them either. We can not use revolution slider. Please we need help. Thank you.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue again. Seems one of your plugins conflict the Slider Revolution.

    I have deactivated and activated plugins and switched to between child and parent. I checked the slider it did not work anyway, I switched all the plugins and theme back. The site was working. Nobody has entered the site since. Have you made any backups?

    I do not have a backup. But the web worked perfectly for lack of the problem with revolution slider.

    I have deactivated the other themes because you have activated a demo wordpress theme. The problem with revolution still exists and we can not save the modifications.

    When and how did you deactivate the themes? Seems that you just deleted them. Contact your host support perhaps they have the backup. I have asked for permission before deactivating the plugins because sometimes harmful plugins break the site when deactivated.

    As I mentioned, I deactivated the demo themes because you had activated one of them. I have reactivated your theme and everything is fine. I have already made a backup. Revolution still does not work. Also I sent you some images where I had disabled all the plugins except revolution and it still did not work. That’s why I do not think that the problem is with the plugins, everything remained the same while being disabled.
