Hello. I have been trying to trouble shoot this issue for some hours now and still cannot figure out what is happening. I received this error after the site had already crashed. I could not update the theme through the wordpress backend and continued to receive the same error. I was finally able to get the latest version installed through the cpanel, however, things are still breaking. Now my elementor pages are either showing nothing or showing incorrectly. Please assist! I have disabled/enabled plugins and checked settings but cannot see why today all these issues have occurred. Site also randomly shows fatal error, and then comes back up on a refresh. I really hope we do not have to redo all these elementor pages. They are still on the backend but not working.

    Hello,

Could you kindly check the site admin access, we cannot log in.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site will be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

Now I am checking the site and see that the pages work properly with Elementor. https://gyazo.com/6073386380676fc61b3882cb0526709b

I have also checked the HTML blocks.

Please provide the actions step by step to reproduce the problems.

    Best Regards

Ok thank you. However, there are elements missing from some of the pages? For example, the home page is missing some image blocks and on the exectuive leadership page there are missing team blocks for the staff.

What was the error causing the issue and why are some elements still missing from these pages?

Thank you for all your help.

    Hello,

I see you have banners at the same time, you have not filled them out with images and content: https://gyazo.com/d790ced68ab6f033a2d74394a02d4ec2

Next, I see a row, but it has been hidden on all the devices: https://gyazo.com/56ae36b351e91b28af98b45729b3d832

The content is the area you create with the builder regardless of the theme.

If this is not what you mean, please provide the actions to reproduce the issue.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards

Hello. Yes I suppose the ones on the home page show fine. Previously they showed with a default image and a corresponding text since we were still applying changes.

How ever the executive leadership page is missing a complete section of our team. I had some hidden elements there that were no longer going to be used, but latest ones are missing.

In either case, I can re apply the changes and add them again since it isnt alot. However, can you please explaing what the issue was and why this occurred. I really cannot have that happen again, and I definitely do not want to redo parts of the site again.

Thank you again for your help

I am just going to recreate elements that were missing since it wasn’t that many at this point. However, could you please explain what the original issue was and how you made the fix? (specifically why I initially could not update/upload the theme and why elementor was not working with the theme causing blank pages and missing elements, even though I reinstalled plugin multiple times) Hoping to have some clarification on this in case I come across it again, so that I can trouble shoot.

    Thank you

    Hello,

We can hardly say what you have done wrong. Please make sure you use only one builder in your site.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Well I am trying to understand what you did to fix the issue. What steps did you take to resolve the issue with elementor since it was causing errors? Elementor is the only builder that was being used and no other builder was installed during these issues.

oh ok . so when you checked the site it was already working? You did not take any actions?
I am only asking because it seemed after your first check the site was working properly, only with some missing elements.

    Thank you for your help
