I have this message keep flashing up and since it has appeared it has greatly effected site speed.

I noticed the theme required an update, so I tried to do this but it wouldn’t allow me to connect. It gave an error when trying to connect to: Downloading update from https://xtemos.com/wp-json/xts/v1/download?token=1&theme=woodmart

I had to manually download and upload the updated theme, including core plugin updates.

The speed issue still persists as does the site ID error. Can you help please?

Send me a screenshot of the ID error. Also, send access to the admin panel so I can check the speed issues.

    Thank you for your time.

    Kind Regards

Hi, it’s hard to get a screenshot as it flashes at the very top of the page on the front end intermittently.

I have supplied admin login details

    Hello,

Please disable all plugins except these ones:

    Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    WooCommerce
    Enable the Parent theme

Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Let me know the result.

    Kind Regards
