On our website: http://www.hubot.cl we are using the Woodmart template in version 7.6.0, we tried to update the template on a staging site, we installed the latest version which is 8.0.6 and the left section of products where the categories appear is misconfigured, attached is a screenshot of the error.

Can you please share the WP admin login details of the staging site so I will check and give you a possible solution?

    Hello,

I have checked your site, and the category element is working fine.
See the screenshot for clarification: https://ibb.co/NfZ3c74

Sometimes, outdated or cached files can cause display issues. Please try clearing your browser cache/site cache completely and check again.

We updated to version 8.0.6 and that’s when the problems started.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,
