Error Update Theme

    When I try to update the theme this message appears: An error occurred while updating Woodmart: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    As we can see, the theme is still activated. Note that if you can’t deactivate it then you have a nulled version of the theme installed. In this case, you need to download our theme from ThemeForest and reinstall it completely.

    Do I lose all the data and changes made this way?

    Your data will not be affected if you didn’t make any changes in the theme’s code.

    I deleted and installed the theme again and now it’s up to date, I only have two problems right now.

    If I update Elementor to the latest version 3.19 the site breaks so I have to keep the previous version.

    The second problem however is on the slider which broke after updating the theme.

    Go to WoodMart -> Patcher and apply all patches for your version. Clear your browser cache and test how it works.

    Please, keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off and send us screenshots of the problems.

    I deactivated everything except the theme plugins. The all black image is what you see in the slider part of the site while the other is a screen of the Elementor backend, until the theme was replaced it worked correctly.

    We see that the theme is still not updated properly. Try to uninstall it completely and upload original theme files downloaded from ThemeForest.

    Try to do this one more time. Delete the theme folder completely first.
