Error updating from 4.6.0 to 5.0.0

    Hello,

    I have activated the theme on main domain .example.com and subdomain dev.example.com

    I have updated theme from 4.6.0 to 5.0.0 without any errors on subdomain dev.example.com
    but when I update theme on domain .example.com from 4.6.0 to 5.0.0 I get the following error:

    PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I following your instructions to deactivate theme, rescan wp updates, reactivate theme, and update but I get the error again.

    Could you please advise?

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?
