Error updating theme version

when i try to update my theme version i get the following error:
An error occurred while updating Woodmart: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

i read on your forum that i need to deactivate the license because the theme was ported over incorrectly to my website but when i try to deactivate the them it won’t let me.

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

If you can’t deactivate the theme it means that you have a nulled version of the theme. In this case, you need to download our theme from ThemeForest and reinstall it first via Appearance -> Themes.
